|Recommended: YesGreat Experience — I recently took over a unit at the Emory via sublease and the process was super smooth They made it very easy and were great communicating The property is amazing, the amenities are fun, you get what you pay for The only complaint is the noise from the people above me but that's just my experience.

It is brand new and has a lot of great amenities while still being priced competitively to similar but not quite as nice options in the area. The staff is very friendly and responsive. While they didn't need to, The Emory Staff went the extra mile and made accommodations to get my son moved in a little early to coincide with when the lease at his prior apartment was up. This made for a smooth transition and was very much appreciated
