Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
No we do not.
Are utilities included?
Resident are billed back by management for water sewer trash and internet. Residents are responsible for setting up their own electric account with Corridor Energy Cooperative.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage. Please contact our team if you need assistance with coverage options.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We only rent by the unit, we don not rent by the bed.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes, deposits are refunded less deductions for cleaning and repairs.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Residents are able to select from available apartments. The only way to hold a unit would be by completing a lease.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
No, this would be against the lease terms.
What leasing options are available?
3-18 month leases are available.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Open 24 hours.
What are the hours for the pool?
10am-9pm. The pool is open Memorial day to Labor Day.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
Open 24 hours.
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Each unit has their own router provided. Ethernet ports are in all rooms to provide excellent connection for work from home residents.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge?
Each unit has their own router provided, monthly charge of $50 as part of lease.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Luxor package system in the clubhouse, as packages are delivered, residents are sent codes for claiming package from secured room.
Are BBQ grills available?
Grills are provided around the community. Residents are not allowed to grill from their patio.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Not at this time.
Are concierge services available?
Not at this time.
What is the smoking policy?
No smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, hookah, or electronic cigarettes / "vaping") is allowed in any unit or building.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Yes, we have a dog park, pet waste stations, and pet washing station.
What is the parking situation?
Garages are available as well as parking around the building. Electric vehicle charging ports are available from garages.
What schools are in the area?
Clear Creek Amana School District.
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
15 minutes to Cedar Rapids CID Airport.
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
Near Cedar Rapids CID Airport.
How walkable/bikeable is the community.
Very bike friendly, numerous trails and routes in area.
Are the apartments furnished?
No, furniture rental companies are available upon request for information with partnership with Cort Furniture.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, each unit has their own AC and HVAC system for individual controlled preferences.

Hardwood style flooring.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Tub in 1 bedroom, both in 2 and 3 bedroom units.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
